Basteelos is a manufacturer of electric motors, generators, transformers, and equipment for the control and distribution of electricity. Over the years it has relied on Gasparini for five press brakes, and recently a sixth has been added to their fleet of machines.
It is a 165-ton, 3-meter machine, with a 300-mm stroke and a 500-mm open height. The press brake is equipped with manual tool adapters and clamps for punches, while lower clamping for dies is pneumatically-operated and can also be controlled using the Syner-G remote control.
The 4 axis backgauge is CNC controlled (X-R-Z1-Z2). To execute conical bends or for pieces where it is not possible to use the backgauge, we added the Laser Line bending line tracer. On the front part of the machine there are two sliding supports, equipped with anti-scratch profiles and a drawer for tools.
The CNC is a Delem DA-66T that allows you to import bend programs created using the offline Delem Profile Lite TL 2D software. You can also receive remote assistance via the TeleLink tool.
The photos were taken by our Czech distributor Inmach, who also took care of the installation.
