Petrič is involved in the design and manufacture of road safety systems such as guardrails and barriers, medium and heavy carpentry, road signs, pellet boilers, and advertising signs. The company is certified ISO 3834, ISO 1090 and ISO 9001. It has a 20-year experience and 50 employees. The machine pool consists of laser cutting, punching, robotic welding, and three Gasparini pressbrakes: one 165/3000, one 330/4000, and one 50/1600.

We are about to ship two 165 ton twin pressbrakes, which stand out for their set of three GPS4 dies with 12, 25 and 45 mm V-openings. Thanks to this angle control system, Petrič can bend all types of material without the problem of variable springback. To compensate for the different strength of the sheet metal, the pressbrakes are also equipped with Gasparini adaptive conveying and Reflex deflection control.
On the front side of the pressbrake there are two sliding front supports Plus, adjustable to suit the height of the die. The Drive Bar, a series of CNC-controlled LEDs, indicates to the operator the active station to improve bending efficiency. The Syner-G remote control provides access to key machine functions such as GPS4 setting and tool clamping.
In this pressbrake we have installed a Gasparini pneumatic lower clamping for European standard tools. For the punches we installed the AirSlide pneumatic sliding tool holders, with self-aligning clamping also with Promecam style. The AirSlide holders can be moved at will over the entire ram length without air pipes to be connected.
The backgauge has 5 CNC-controlled axes (X-R-Z1-Z2-X6) with 2 additional fingers. The X6 relative axis allows to realize conical bends with an angle up to 75°. The Delem DA-69T CNC allows the import of 3D models and the generation of bending programs. These functions can be performed directly from the technical department using the offline Delem Profile-T 3D software, and sent to the pressbrake CNC via a LAN network.
