The operation of Bend.AI consists of two phases:
- During the training phase, the system analyses the tests performed, learning from the machining variables.
- During the machining process, Bend.AI automatically intervenes, checking and correcting the bending parameters to obtain the desired angle precisely and consistently.
This approach eliminates the ‘trial & error’ logic, minimising waste and optimising production times.
X-Fiber: high-efficiency fiber laser cutting
To complete its offer and respond to the needs of a constantly evolving market, Gasparini has introduced X-Fiber, its new fiber laser cutting machine.
Thanks to an optimised structure with discontinuous welding and finite element analysis, X-Fiber ensures high resistance to deformation and excellent vibration control. A robust frame that guarantees maximum stability and cutting precision, even on high thicknesses.
Contributing further to the quality of the cut is the TruFiber source and the Precitec cutting unit, which enable flawless results with preset parameters. In addition, management via CypCut Bus control and LANTEK Expert Cut MTB offline programming make each operation faster and more efficient.
