How it works

Learning

Bend AI learns from real data at two distinct stages: during the training phase, the system analyzes test bends to build a model based on processing variables; during the production process, however, learning continues through user experience.

Intervention and correction

During the bending cycle, Bend AI applies what it has learned to control and optimize the entire process. The system verifies that the resulting angle matches the target and, if necessary, automatically corrects the bending parameters, without preliminary tests or manual adjustments.
