Drive Bar is a strip of colourful LED, directly controlled by the CNC. They are useful on press brakes with multiple working stations. A blue light tells the operator where to install the upper tools; a green light indicates what will be the next active station.
In this way the operator can go directly to the point indicated for the next bend without hesitations, reducing idle times and errors.
Drive Bar is available on Delem DA-66S and DA-69S CNCs.
Setup phase
During setup, the Drive Bar projects a blue light to indicate the exact area where tools should be inserted. This system guides the operator in correctly positioning the tools on the press brake, reducing setup time and minimizing the margin for error.

Bending phase
During operation, the green light precisely indicates the area where the workpiece to be bent should be placed, in coordination with the CNC program. This visual cue optimizes work cycles, ensuring smooth operation, precision, and safety, especially when using multiple bending stations.
