We are happy to announce important news for all metalworkers: as of 1 June 2023, the wage adjustment provided for in the metalworkers’ national collective agreement signed on 05/02/2021 by Federmeccanica-Assital and the trade unions FIM-FIOM-UILM came into force.
This adjustment, as stipulated in the contract, resulted in a wage increase of 6.6% for metalworkers to whom the CCNL applies. After the ISTAT communication, the amount of the 2022 Ipca adjustment net of imported energy was higher than the total reference wage increase established in the CCNL for 2023 by 1.44% (€27 for C3 level). Consequently, the safeguard clause was activated, allowing a salary adjustment in line with the actual HICP value.
It is important to emphasise that our company has decided to extend this salary increase to all our employees, without reabsorption on the superannuation. This decision reflects our ongoing commitment to ensuring the well-being and development of our team.
At Gasparini Industries, we firmly believe that our employees are the key to our success and we want to recognise their hard work and dedication. Salary increases are just one of the ways we strive to create a positive and rewarding work environment. We will continue to invest in the well-being of our employees, offering them opportunities for growth, training and constant support. We are proud to be part of an industry that values and rewards talent and professionalism.
