The SuperCustom machine supplied belongs to our prestigious XP line, configured with high-level technical specifications to ensure maximum precision, efficiency, and operational versatility.
At the heart of this configuration are two proprietary Gasparini technologies that make all the difference:
The E-Reflex system for automatic deformation compensation guarantees consistent and accurate bending results, eliminating variations caused by machine deflection under load. Complementing this, Gasparini’s adaptive crowning system allows uniform angles to be achieved over the entire bending length.
Key Technical Features
The machine is equipped with operating parameters designed for maximum flexibility: 400 mm stroke, 700 mm open-height, allowing a wide range of parts with even complex geometries to be machined.
The 5-axis rear register (X-R-Z1-Z2-X6) controlled by CNC, complete with additional stop, ensures fast and repeatable positioning of the material, a fundamental element for mass production requiring tight tolerances.
Clamping system
Particular attention has been paid to the tool clamping system: the 200 mm high AirSlide upper pneumatic clamping system for European-type tools, combined with the Gasparini lower pneumatic clamping system and the 60 mm wide self-centering bench, ensures quick and safe tool changes, significantly reducing setup times.
Control and programming
The machine integrates the Delem DA-69S CNC, one of the most advanced control systems on the market, accompanied by Delem Profile-S 3D offline software. This combination allows complex operations to be programmed directly from the technical office, optimizing production times. The Syner-G remote control completes the picture, offering the operator maximum control and convenience during operations.
The supply includes one day of training dedicated to the offline software, to be carried out during pre-acceptance in Italy or via remote connection after installation.
Safety, ergonomics, and precision
Operator safety is guaranteed by the DSP-AP laser system with PLC, while LED lighting of the work area ensures optimal visibility in all conditions. The Stand-by energy-saving system demonstrates Gasparini’s commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.
