An “out of the ordinary” press brake
This machine is unique: it was exhibited for the first time at the Lamiera trade fair in Milan in 2023, where it attracted considerable interest due to its technical features and innovative design. After that event, the machine was delivered and installed at Ilinox’s headquarters, where it continues to guarantee precision and reliability.
A special project for non-standard bends
The XP275/3000 for Ilinox was developed in response to the need to create complex, deep bends while maintaining maximum precision and repeatability.
To this end, Gasparini designed a solution equipped with unusual intermediate units capable of accommodating special tools and allowing bending geometries that are difficult to manage with traditional machines.
Equipment includes:
- E-Reflex system for automatic deformation compensation;
- Gasparini adaptive crowning for constant control of the bending angle;
- ECO package for energy saving;
- 900 mm AirSlide upper clamping with phosphating treatment and pneumatic lower clamping;
- 4-axis rear register (X-R-Z1-Z2) with extended stop up to 1000 mm;
- Delem DA-69S CNC with Delem Profile-S 3D offline software;
- Syner-G remote control, DSP-AP laser safety system, and LED lighting
The configuration is completed by the SuperCustom design, the mobile console with integrated CNC, and the Industry 4.0 package for the collection and processing of production data.
A long-standing partnership
The XP275/3000 is the third Gasparini press brake installed at the Parma plant, where it joins a 2013 X-Press 200/3000 and a 2020 X-Press 225/3000.
This choice confirms the ongoing trust and technical partnership between the two companies: a shared path of growth based on reliability, assistance, and customization.
