FER-INOX Srl, a company specializing in stainless steel processing, relied on Gasparini Industries to increase the efficiency and precision of its bending operations. The result is a fully customized XP330/6000 press brake that offers high performance and great ease of use.

More efficiency and control with a Gasparini XP330/6000 press brake

The machine was designed to meet the customer’s specific needs in terms of productivity, ergonomics and quality of result. Every detail has been optimized to provide a fast, accurate and reliable bending process.

Mechanical and functional customization

The press brake configuration includes:

  • Bending force of 330 tons and useful length of 6000 mm, ideal for handling large stainless steel parts.
  • 300-mm stroke and 600-mm open-height for superior operational flexibility.
  • 2-axis register (X-R) with X-axis travel up to 800 mm and stop at 1000 mm, equipped with additional references and stops to facilitate precise positioning of parts.
  • 2 retractable sheet supports and 2 sliding front supports for easy support of workpieces during machining.

Maximum precision and intelligent automation

The machine integrates Gasparini’s leading technologies:

  • E-Reflex, the automatic structural deformation compensation system.
  • Gasparini Adaptive Crowning, which ensures uniform pressure along the entire length of the bend.
  • AirSlide pneumatic top clamping for European-type tools, which dramatically reduces setup time.
  • Delem DA-66S CNC with Delem Profile Lite 2D offline software and JobShops Bend, for simple, fast and accurate programming.

Ergonomics and safety

The operator can work under optimal conditions thanks to:

  • DSP-AP laser safety system with PLC and intelligent photocells.
  • Syner-G remote control for remote control of main functions.
  • LED lighting for optimal visibility of the work area.
  • 2 standard foot pedals, which can be positioned to ensure convenience and safety at every stage of operation.
