The goal was to equip themselves with a versatile and high-performance press brake, capable of ensuring quality bending on medium-long components. The customer was looking for a precise, reliable and completely customized machine for their production flows.
The Gasparini Solution
We have created a 225-ton Easy design XP225/4000 press brake with a useful length of 4.000 mm. This machine is designed to offer the maximum in terms of flexibility and performance, with particular attention to the quality of the bend, the speed of tooling and the ergonomics of the operator.

To meet customer requirements, the machine includes:
- E-Reflex: automatic compensation system for structural deformations.
- Gasparini adaptive crowning: ensures uniform force distribution over the entire bending length.

- 5-axis CNC back gauge (X-R-Z1-Z2-X6) with additional references for greater positioning flexibility and operational versatility.
- AirSlide locking system and pneumatic lower locking for European tools, for quick and safe tool change.
- Delem DA-69S CNC with Profile-S 3D offline software included, for advanced simulations and efficient programming.
- Mobile pulpit with Syner-G remote control and LED lighting: for simple and comfortable management from any position.
- Laser Line for bending without references and sheet metal followers with manual R axis: support the operator in managing the pieces even in the absence of back references.
- DSP-AP safety system with PLC and dedicated supports: for maximum operator protection during bending.
